Camden Property Trust (Camden) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and construction of multifamily apartment communities. Camden owns interests in and operates approximately 170 properties containing over 57,979 apartment homes across the United States. It has eight properties under development, which consists approximately 2,608 apartment homes. The Company's properties consist of mid-rise buildings or two- and three-story buildings in a landscaped setting and provide residents with a range of amenities common to multifamily rental properties. Camden also owns land holdings to develop into multifamily apartment communities. The Company's properties are located at Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington District of Columbia (DC) Metro and Texas, among others.
